No, the venue fee is not included in our packages. There are many different location options, that suit your vision for the proposal (studios, restaurants, rooftops, parks, yachts, castles, or even your own home) and venue pricing range anywhere from free to thousands of dollars, it would be impossible to include location fees in our package prices.

We generally need a 4-hour window: 2 hours for setup, 1.5 hours for the proposal itself, and 30 minutes for cleanup. Some setups can be done in less time and some may need additional time. You can speak with our proposal planners to see which setup would suit best the location and how much time we have for setup/takedown.

Your date is reserved with a non-refundable retainer fee, which is applied towards your total package cost. Once the retainer is received, your booking is officially secured in our calendar.

Yes, if you would like to use your own photographer, we will deduct the photography fee from our package price.

Yes, we can create a custom package for you. You can email us your inspiration pictures/vision for a quote. Please note, our custom packages start from $1,200

Yes, currently we service the entire of Southern Ontario. Please note, a travel fee applies outside of the GTA.

We work with a variety of venues, including hotels, event spaces, private estates, parks/gardens and more. We can also help you find the perfect venue if you haven't already selected one.
